The simple answer is yes, of course. Should you- No. I am not a mechanic but I’m intelligent. I could probably do an oil change on my car by reading an instruction manual. But I wouldn’t trust my car to someone who is not an expert, even if it’s me. Why would you trust your life, the life of your children to someone who doesn’t know the law.
